End of another school year … what’s up for the summer?

Hello All,

We have hit the end of our first academic year here at StatisticalSage. We have a fairly steady readership, and for that I am grateful. I encourage all of you who like this site to share it with colleagues and friends who teach applied statistics.

Just to give you our plans for the summer, we will continue with weekly posts (hopefully more than that). The topics will be as follows:

May: Technology as a distraction and tool

June and July: We will be talking about how we teach the “difficult” concepts to our students. If you have a topic or concepts you would like us to address, please post a comment here.

August: How to assess statistical gains in our students

I hope that everyone has a great, rejuvenating, and productive summer, and we hope to see you weekly at this blog!

Bonnie
